Cooking with Beth Damphousse


Tune in on November 3, alumnus and former White House chef Matthew Wendel ’85 joins Beth Damphousse, the first lady of Texas State University, in her kitchen at the Damphousse residence.

Beth and Matthew will be cooking favorite recipes from Wendel’s most recent cookbook, Recipes from the President’s Ranch: Food People Like to Eat. Join us at 6:00 p.m. CT for stories about Matthew’s journey from Texas to D.C. and how food brings people together. Cindy Pace Williams ’77, Immediate Past President of the Alumni Association and co-host of Texicureans, a site that celebrates Texas culture and cuisine, will serve as moderator.
