Do I qualify for membership?
Yes. Alumni, friends and fans are welcome to join the Alumni Association.
What are the benefits of membership?

How do I become a member?
Joining is quick and easy. Become a member today by joining online or calling our office at 512-245-2371.
How much does it cost to become a member?
Annual membership starts at $50 and all memberships are eligible for payment plans.
Is there a special rate for recent grads?
Yes! For one year, recent grads receive 50% off their Life Membership.
How long will it take to get my membership card in the mail?
Processing will take between two and five business days.

ONLINE COMMUNITY

How do I log in?
If you have never logged in to the Alumni Association website, you will need to create a username and password:
1.    From the main page, click on “Login” at the top right of the screen.
2.    Click “Register as a New User,” and enter your personal information.
3.    An automated email to confirm receipt of your new user registration.
4.    For security purposes, it takes 1-2 business days to confirm your user account.  Until then, you can still log-in but will only have provisional access to certain areas of our site.
How do I find my friends and classmates?
Log in and search the Find a Bobcat directory.  Each user controls the privacy settings on their own profile information.
How do I update my personal information with Texas State University?
To update all personal information (including name changes or a new address) please log in with your username and password and go to "My Profile" under "Manage My Account".

BENEFITS & SERVICES

How do I get a copy of my official Texas State transcript? 
Visit the Office of the University Registrar's site to access the transcript request form. For transcripts prior to 1983, you must mail, fax or order in person. For transcripts after 1983, you can order your official trancript online or by mail, fax or in person. 
How do I get another diploma?
The charge for each duplicate diploma is $15.00 and is due when the order is placed. All duplicate diplomas will have the signature of the current University President and Board of Regent's Chair. To order your duplicate Texas State diploma you can visit the Office of the University Registrar in Room 111 in the J.C. Kellam Building. You can also fill out and print the Duplicate Diploma Form, then sign and mail it along with $15.00 for each duplicate diploma to the Texas State Registrar's Office.
